Stop losing money on contracts you forgot to renegotiate.

How it works

  1. Start with a free scan of your vendor contracts

Software, telecom, logistics, insurance, facilities, whatever you’re paying for on a recurring basis. Send them over or forward the renewal emails, and our automated review ends in a savings report showing where you may be overpaying.

  2. We audit and find the leverage

Our specialists benchmark every contract against current market rates and flag what’s overpriced, redundant, or about to auto-renew without your notice.

  3. We negotiate, you approve, you save

We handle the renegotiation directly with your vendors. Nothing changes on any contract until you’ve reviewed and approved it.

Inside a contract

Four clauses that decide what happens at renewal. Select one to see what we check and what we negotiate.

Auto-renewal

4.1 Renewal. On expiry of the Initial Term, this Agreement renews automatically for successive terms of twelve months each, unless either party gives notice of non-renewal under this clause.

What we check
  • When the current term ends, and how long each renewal runs.
  • Whether renewal needs anyone’s signature, or simply happens.
  • What else resets on renewal, such as fees or volumes.
What we negotiate
  • Renewal only with your written agreement, or shorter renewal terms.
  • A written reminder from the supplier well before each renewal.

Price escalator

4.2 Price review. The Supplier may increase the Fees on each anniversary of the Effective Date in line with its then-current list prices. Revised Fees apply from that date without any amendment to this Agreement.

What we check
  • What any increase is tied to, and whether anything limits it.
  • How past increases compare with current market rates for the same service.
  • Whether an increase needs your agreement, or simply applies.
What we negotiate
  • A fixed price for the term, or a cap on increases.
  • A published index in place of the supplier’s own list prices.
  • Written notice before any change, and the right to leave if you do not accept it.

Notice period

4.3 Notice of non-renewal. Notice of non-renewal must be given in writing at least ninety days before the end of the current term. Notice received after that date takes effect only at the end of the following term.

What we check
  • The last day to give notice, counted back from the renewal date, so we can flag it well ahead.
  • How notice must be served: in writing, to whom, and to which address.
  • What happens if notice arrives late.
What we negotiate
  • A shorter notice window.
  • Notice by email to a named contact, not only by letter.

Minimum commitment

6.1 Committed volume. The Customer commits to the Minimum Volume set out in the Order Form for each contract year. Fees for the Minimum Volume are payable in full whether or not the Services are used, and the Minimum Volume may not be reduced during the term.

What we check
  • The committed volume against what you actually use.
  • Whether unused volume is lost, carried forward or credited.
  • Whether the commitment can go down at renewal, or only up.
What we negotiate
  • A commitment sized to what you actually use.
  • The right to reduce volumes at renewal, or to carry unused volume forward.

Why businesses use Yaqiz

  • No savings, no upside for us

We’re paid by our clients, with a 20% success fee on the savings we achieve, not a commission from vendors. The only way we do well is if you actually save money.

  • Built for GCC vendor relationships

We know how contracts, invoicing, and negotiation actually work with vendors in this region, not generic benchmarks from elsewhere.

  • One specialist, start to finish

Once we act for you, after a Scan or on Mid and High, a dedicated negotiator handles your account personally, not a rotating call center.

  • You approve every change

Nothing is signed, changed, or cancelled on your behalf without your sign-off first.
